Anything about who to contact or a website for the free laptop would really help. If you know something please post it.

According to the website Cheap Internet For low-income people and families: There are no "FREE computers" currently being given out from any government or government sponsored source, however there are low-cost computers that are available for roughly $150. Also there is low cost internet service available to low-income individuals and families. You need to do your own "Due Diligence" on these $150-or-so laptops and decide if an equally priced handheld device or equally priced tablet-device is better suited for you than a laptop for your computing and internet needs.
