Do I just contact my social worker and discuss with her this program or do I need to sign up on my own? Any help would be of huge importance to me. I am not computer savy so please don't bombard me with links and what not. Please try and keep it simple. |

Contact your local DSS office or contact the caseworker in charge of your case number and discuss with them what is needed to apply and start receiving this programs assistance/help.
Your DSS office will be able to streamline the entire process and will walk you thru what is required on your end. If you qualify, they will handle most of the paper work on the tail-end.
