It seems the biggest one is Safelink Wireless, but bggest is NOT always the best. Who's used other plans than Safelink? Anyone switch between the big 4 free phone companies? Which was the worst? Why?

I have to make a choice soon I want to do my due diligence before I commit to a carrier for a year.

They have good customer service and seem to be the leading national free phone company.
