They are good and I have had no issues with them sending my minutes each month. They send me offers of just spend $20 on extra air time minutes and they will give you 200 minutes extra for $20.
I get 250 a month now and that's been plenty. Go with Safelink if you are considering the free phone option

I had an issue awhile back in 2013 when my minutes for the month never updated. A quick search showed that when I went to "add airtime minutes" and typed code 555 it corrected the problem, infact they gave me 500 minutes that month instead of the contracted 250. An unexpected bonus from them for the inconvenience I think.
